What Our Patients Are Saying...

I first went for a postnatal MOT to help with various issues after a difficult
birth, and the treatment has been really good- I now feel stronger and more
confident in my fitness.

I'd been previously to three different physiotherapists, but none of those matched Farhana by far. She is a highly-experienced expert in her field with an exceptionally pleasant approach.

Farhana has been amazing. As someone who likes to keep active it’s very
disheartening when you can no longer do even the smallest things because of back pain/sciatica. Farhana’s friendly and a brilliant physio and has helped me so much - I definitely recommend her to family and friends.

I had 7 sessions of physiotherapy with Farhana and have remained symptom free. The most important thing is to continue the exercises she teaches you daily. As your muscles build up the exercises become easier and it takes less time to do them as your brain remembers them. Not only am I free of all my previous symptoms but my shape looks better and I no longer feel that I need to straighten my shoulders when I'm walking as the muscles in my back are holding them. Continued exercise means less need to return for more treatments. Physiotherapists cannot do the exercise for you. I always looked forward to my physiotherapy with Farhana. She is a very genuine soul.
